Why we built it
Many teams organise their work with Jira's Team field. But Jira's dashboard gadgets cannot group by it: the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget does not offer it, and you cannot sort by it.
People have been asking Atlassian for this (JRACLOUD-87808 — 645 votes as of September 2026, still open).
What you get
Teams as rows
Every Team in your filter gets a row. Issues without a Team get their own row, so nothing disappears.
Pick the columns
Status, status category, issue type, priority, assignee, sprint, fix version, component or label.
Issues or story points
Count issues, or add up story points. An issue with no estimate is left out and counted, never treated as zero.
Totals you can trust
Row and column totals count each issue once — even when an issue has several sprints or labels.
One click to the issues
Select any number to open exactly those issues in Jira's search.
It tells you what it could not count
It counts up to 3,000 issues per table. If a filter is bigger, the numbers are marked and the gadget says so.
What it does not do
- It does not write anything to Jira.
- It does not send data outside Atlassian.
- It does not draw charts, and it has no export — Jira's search, one click away, has that.
- It uses Jira Software's story point estimate field only, not a separate number field named "Story Points".
- It needs Jira's Team field.
- It is Cloud only — there is no Data Center version.
Your data
The app searches Jira through Atlassian's own API. It writes nothing back. It makes no network calls outside Atlassian. It asks Jira with your permissions — the table never shows you more than Jira itself would. It stores one thing per gadget: its settings, including your JQL query as you typed it. That sits on Atlassian's app storage. Remove the app and Atlassian soft-deletes it straight away, then erases it after its own retention period.
Pricing
Free for up to 10 users. From 11 users: $0.40 per user per month, for every user. Above 100 users, the rate goes down. 30-day free trial.
