Why we built it

Jira's Sprint Report shows what was added to a running sprint. It does not show what was removed. It covers one sprint at a time, and you cannot filter or export it.

People have been asking Atlassian for this since 2018 (JRACLOUD-75868 — 1,492 votes as of August 2026, still open).

What you get

Sprint summary

What was in the sprint when it started, what came in, what went out, and the net change — in issues and in story points.

Every change, listed

Each add and each removal, with a timestamp, the person who made the change, and the estimate at that moment — not today's estimate.

Where it went

Removed issues, grouped by where they ended up: out of every sprint, or into another sprint.

Trend across sprints

The same numbers for your recent sprints, in one table.

Copy as CSV

Select the text, copy it, paste it into a spreadsheet.

It tells you what it could not see

On a large board the app reads the most recently updated issues first, and says so — with the number. If it could not check everything, the summary numbers are marked, and "no changes" never means "nothing happened".

What it does not do

Your data

The app reads Jira's change history through Atlassian's own API. It writes nothing back. It makes no network calls outside Atlassian. It asks Jira with your permissions — the report never shows you more than Jira itself would. It stores one thing per gadget: which board and sprint you picked. That choice sits on Atlassian's app storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
